Replacing SLIPROAD Sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4839190.

So this sign just has a sliproad joining on but on the sliproad it shows a picture of a 3rd lane joins on and this is dangerous something's i don't thing this is a lane joining on by this sliproad it just has a old sign of a sliproad and i want it replaced to a sign with a lane on its just getting confusing
