Traffic light missing over 4 months

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4836838.

The traffic light was hit over and STILL haven't not been replaced its so dangerous I cant even see if the traffic lights are red or green because there is only 1 traffic light and it when you turn this sharp bend at the end of the A194(M) there was a crash yesterday with this!
