Overgrown trees

The trees behind my property are over hanging into my garden by a good 10ft, causing damage to my fence and garden shed. At this present time the catkins are falling into my garden and in autumn i have to fill about 10 brown wheelie bins of fallening leaves. The height and size of the trees block alot of light and sun into the garden. They never get mai tain you the Highways and my husband goes and myself are pensioners with a few health problems, so unable to maintain them. I wrote a gew weeks ago but as yet no reply. I await a reply to this complaint and hopefully it is put right. Many thanks.
