Blocking view on A14

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4832473.

Coming on Slip Road to A14 where is Rougham Nurseries. It’s very difficult to see if any vehicles coming off from A14 as there is such a long weeds and grass that you only can see when you come out half way to slip road so if any vehicle came it will get in accident. It’s been now for month like that and nothing been done.

  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the overgrown vegetation on the A14 at Junction 46. I appreciate you taking the time to report this.

    We carry out regular inspections of our roads and cut back trees and vegetation where we find that it’s limiting visibility of road signs, traffic signals, at junctions or the view ahead.

    I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team. They will inspect the area and if necessary, arrange for the vegetation to be cut.
