DANGEROUS! broken sign obstructing view of fast oncoming traffic!

Reported via desktop in the Damage to Sign (NH) category anonymously at 15:05, Thu 27 July 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4832291.

Travelling from Leominster in direction of Hereford on the dual carriageway. The is a waiting place in the central reservation for traffic wishing to turn onto Ford Lane by the garden centre. There is a No Entry sign which has detached from post and has been lent up against post. For cars of a certain size this completely obstructs the driver's view of the fast dual carriageway traffic coming from Hereford in the direction of Leominster (this is the carriage that you have to pull over to access the garden centre). This was reported over a month ago along with the need to cut grass on central reservation. The grass was cut but nothing was done about the sign. Customers are reporting near misses and staff coming into work do not feel safe traversing the dual carriageway as it feels a bit like playing chicken! I can provide photographs to show you what I mean.
