White lines and cat eyes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4830012.

White lines are virtually gone in some places. Very few cat eyes randomly spotted along the road. Very hard to see lane markings when driving at night and especially when road is wet. Issue area runs for about 500m
