Deep surface water

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4829985.

Think a drain is blocked as lane 1 southbound (just after Coddington junction), has a big pool of surface water. Very dangerous. Been there for a few days now. Not just in heavy rain either.
