Central reservation drainage gutters are clogged with debris

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 22:37, Wed 26 July 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4829764.

For several miles of carriageway between M62 jct 26 and jtn 28 in both directions. The concrete drainage gulleys in the central reservation are clogged with multiple piles of road dust and debris. Some piles of dirt more than 40cm high and several metres across now growing weeds. In wet weather the drains are too clogged to cope with water runoff. Causing large puddles to overflow into the fast lane in both directions. A danger to traffic. These gulleys require urgent cleaning.
