M5 southbound dangerous patching

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4829234.

There remains dangerous patching on M5 southbound in the inner lane around MP67 just south of B4080 bridge. Small vehicles receive a dangerous and very uneven surface damage and a motorcyclist would be injured . I am amazed that Highway Agency staff have failed to report and have the dangerous patching on the M5 repaired immediately. I am firther amazed that the dangerous patching was not treplaced when the south bound lane was closed last weekend.
