Most Lights not working
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4825806.
Most of the lights are dead with only a couple working/flashing. Most of this section of motorway is in darkness every night has at least a year. Problem between Hunsworth Lane bridge and A58 Whitehall Road West bridge.

Thank you for making your report on 26 July 2023 about the street lighting from J26 to J27 of the M62. We appreciate you taking the time to do so.
We are currently working to repair cabling in this area, but we've spent more time than we anticipated for the materials to arrive in order to complete these repairs.
Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people. Therefore, this work is being completed as part of the ongoing improvement works to minimise disruption.
