Two VMS displays M62 E/B J27 Entry Slip

Reported via desktop in the Electronic Sign (NH) category anonymously at 03:08, Wed 26 July 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4825804.

The two VMS displays at Junction 27 east bound entry slip road (one beofore and after the entry slip) are faulty never displaying anything other than yellow dots or flashing square blocks. The VMS display at the end of the entry slip should display information relating to the status of the dynamic hard shoulder but never does.
