Misleading Sign to A195M

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4825631.

There is no sign for the A195M sliproad and it doesnt have no info it just say Washington A195 you need to add information on the sign like tourists A195M and other information like i dont know.

    We’d like to advise that the issue you reported has been investigated and I can confirm the signs present are a 1/3-mile marker sign, countdown marker posts up to the junction and a sign at the point of exiting the A1M.

    National Highways works closely with the Local Authority in this area who often advise us on necessary changes to the information displayed on signage across the network.
