Collapsed manhole

Manhole has completely collapsed now - it has been getting progressively worse ever since it was badly built when it first opened.

    We have asked one of our local Traffic Officers to attend this location and assess the issue. They have told us they can’t locate a manhole cover which has collapsed on our network.
