Tree / Bush Blocking Visibility - m4 Slip road towards junction 3

Located on the junction 4 M3 slip road going toward junction 3. As you join the slip road there is a massive overgrown bush / tree on the left hand side. This is blocking visibility as you can see past the corner and this bush / tree is hittng high sided trucks when driving past. Please can we get this bush / tree cut back completely to open up this section and make it safe for drivers. Thank you
