Incorrect timing of lights causing ques

The lights are only letting 4 to 5 cars through which is causing que back up slip road

  • Traffic lights set completely wrong. Only 4 cars get off motorway before they change very dangerous.

  • I don't know what's going on at these lights, coming off at Junction 1, M55 from Blackpool. I've been driving this way to work for 28 years, and now (and for several months), the lights only allow 4 cars through on green. This morning there was a queue of over 30 cars on the slip road to get off, with only 4 cars able to get through (just) on green. It's ridiculously slow and dangerous. This has been reported several times since July, and nothing has changed! When the lights turn green at the other junction points around this roundabout, they let about 10 or more cars through. Please get this issue sorted.

  • Needs reporting direct to LCC on thier highways reporting page, LCC don’t get updates from FixMyStreet

  • Have already reported to LCC who said it's nothing to do with them and needs reporting to national highways. So, both parties are now aware of this, but has anything actually changed since first being reported four months ago? No, it hasn't!
