All lamps on one traffic signal head not working

Sent to National Highways 1 hour, 38 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4817299.

All lamps on the nearside traffic signal head for traffic travelling along the A577 Orrell Road towards Wigan are not working again. This is the same signal head that had this problem before and the fault was reported on 31st May 2023 (ref. 4617174) and fixed within a week or so.
