Dangerous roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4814890.

I was involved in an awful accident at this roundabout on 18th July. The driver slammed straight into me as I was turning right from the A38 slip road as he was going straight over the roundabout but he didn’t slow down at all. With overgrown trees and hedges it’s very hard to see but because the round about is just painted in the road, people going straight over just ignore it and treat it like a straight bit of road that they can go at 60mph on. I’ve heard of so many near misses from people at this roundabout but I was the unlucky one who actually got their car written off. I was so lucky not to be more seriously injured.
