Central Reservation Causing Obstruction

Hello, I notice that the central reservation on Broadgate heading towards the M60 causing increasing obstruction and multiple delays. With many drivers backed up around the round about blocking other entries and exits. The central reservation does split from 2 lanes into 4 about half way up, however I think if the right most lane was extended a bit further down it would drastically improve traffic flow in this area.
