Missing Road Names on sliproad heading A184 West

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4812755.

So when you go in the A184 West lane when you first go on this sliproad is has nothing the whole roundabout it but this one missing add A184 West paint 3 white lines then make 2 lanes merge (no chevon's needed just at the start on sliproad. Sliverlink has it too with the road name heading onto the A1058W were not talking about this road.
