Drainage from M56 onto Marshlands

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 12:17, Thu 20 July 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4807709.

The land drains which take the water from the M56 and flow through the marshes towards Geenfield Lane in Frodsham would appear to be blocked. This is in a popular walking area and the manhole covers have been forced off with heavy rainfall. One of them has ended up in the drain and there is a 6ft large drop which someone could fall in. There is another one further down which is in the same condition. I have photos. Very dangerous and the area is unlit and used by dog walkers on a regular basis.
