Road Surface at the end sliproad of A19

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4797474.

So there resurfaced this part but never resurfaced Jarrow Interchange it annoys me how there never resurface the end of this sliproad heading onto Jarrow Interchange its so bumpy at the end so please do something about this!
