Faded Lines When Coming Out of Tyne Tunnel (Ruff Road surface)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4797465.

So when coming out the Tyne tunnel there is no road marking and there all faded away and there is uneven parts of road surface so please come resurface all of this road please its so horrible,
