Foliage on inside of curve obstructing view of the sliproad ahead

Traffic on the sliproad can often queue due to the configuration of the roundabout ahead. I use this sliproad every day, so I am aware that the length of the queue varies a lot. During the earlier part of this year the trees/bushes on the right have been thickening and growing towards the sliproad, and it now obscures visibility of the back of the queue when it reaches a certain length (20 or 30 cars). At that point the speed limit is still 70, and with there still being a lot of sliproad ahead before reaching the roundabout, it seems like there is no particular reason to slow down quickly, so it comes as a shock when suddenly the back of the queue appears only a few yards ahead. I think it will be only a matter of time before there is a serious accident as a result, or probably more than one, with an unsuspecting driver smashing into a car at the back of the obscured queue. This could be avoided by making sure the vegetation is trimmed back sufficiently to restore full visibility around the sliproad. It's fair enough to say that any driver should be ready to stop at any point within the distance you can see to be clear, but in practice I think many drivers will take the full length of the sliproad to slow down over, despite this short section where the visibility distance reduces briefly to only a few yards.
