Faded Road Markings From Sliverlink to Howdon

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4792599.

So the road have been faded away for over 2 years I don't know if you used the wrong paint because the other road marking in lane 2 and 3 is till there. or is it traffic keep switching lanes and the road markings faded away from that? but please use right paint this time.

    We are currently engaged in the delivery of the second Road Investment Strategy (2020-2025) with a commitment to deliver significant investment to improve the Strategic Road Network in the north-east. We have recently completed capacity enhancements between A1 Scotswood and North Brunton and we are currently delivering similar capacity enhancements between A1 Birtley and Coal House. We are also continuing to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of network renewals and upgrades.
