Redoing Road Layout for Junction 72 Whickham Interchange/Junction 71 Metro Centre Interchange.

Mostly This Part of road has congestion at some times. the traffic jams and its hard to merge onto the A1 of the traffic I want to have 1 lane join on and add Any Vehicles for Lane 1 and 2 and Lane 3 would say NO HGVs. and make it go under junction 71 Metro Centre Interchange, they do something like this from junction 69 Gateshead Quays Interchange, if you could plan a scheme here doing narrow lanes. adding a sound barrier and it starts a couple centre meters before the sliproad to 71 Metro Centre Interchange. and it will connect to the other sound barrier, after Junction 71.
