M2 Potholes in lane 2& 3 ( 3& 4 if included slip road) next to slip road of junction 3 coastbound. Getting bigger & unavoidable each day!

  • Thank you for your report concerning the road surface on the M2 near junction 3.

    We’re aware of the condition of the road. Whilst I’m unable to give a date, we are in the process of planning a future resurfacing scheme for the M2 near junction 3.

    In the meantime, we will continue to monitor this area during our weekly inspections and raise any safety defects for remedial work if required.
