Multiple potholes and road fractures

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4781962.

Road is breaking up and in a terrible state. There are multiple potholes across the length of lane 1 (with smart motorway activated / hard shoulder). These roads are in a terrible state and poorly managedby National Highways. Someone needs to drive this route and fix them rather than me taking time out of my day to report all the problems you are failing to fix.
