Traffic lights still not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4768826.

The traffic lights between First Ave and Grand Ave on the A27 are still not working. This was first reported at the weekend. The school run this morning was extremely dangerous trying to get children across the busy A27. Is there any way it could please be fixed before pick up time today (2.30-3.30)?
