Junction 14 slip road streeglights blackout.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4762514.

At the time of 23:26, slip road of junction 14 (and the roundabout) has no street lighting, this includes the street lighting on the entirety of the roundabout. I think the slip road is in the north direction coming from the south.
