More damaged safety railings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4762115.

Railings damaged during RTC and reported approx 18 months ago. Railings pushed into footpath, impeding progress for cyclists/pedestrians on the inner path of the roundabout. I cut back a load of gorse bushes last year because the path was almost impassible. This is almost directly opposite another set of railings which have likewise been pushed into the footpath (also reported by me).
