Updates

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding Damaged Safety Railings.

Our inspector has visited the reported area. Upon investigation they have found that this is a local authority area of responsibility and the railings that belong to National Highways have been reported and are awaiting repair. The debris have been removed.

We followed this up with the local authority and can see this has been reported. Should you like to visit the website and view this, you can find this by using the search facility at:https://www9.surreycc.gov.uk/ HighwayIssue/ WhereIsTheIssue.aspx

Once you are on this site, click on the “search for road, postcode or town” and type in the affected area “Bagshot GU195FL”. This will bring up a map where you will see a red triangle, click on this and it will show the area has been reported and states “scheduling a repair within 28 days”.

    Kind regards,

    National Highways
