Unsafe safety railings on footbridge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4759742.

Safety railings have missing vertical bars, posing a risk to children and animals. Horizontal safety rail has fractures including gaps in the steel work and an area of gaffer tape.
