Loose manhole co er makes so loyd noise

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4738033.

In front of 44 Upper Brighton road, Lancing there is a manhole cover on the direction towards Brighton. Each time when a car go over it it makes a lound noise, which we can even hear with all the windows shut. We'd be very grateful if this issue could be fixed asap.

    This was reported to them last week under Section 81 of New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 which sets out the duty of a utility company to maintain their apparatus.
