All traffic lights are out of sequence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4729944.

All traffic lights are out of sequence. This is causing horrendous dangerous back up of traffic from all junctions. This has been happening daily from at least Saturday 24th June. As a regular user of thos Junction I have never experienced it as bad as it has been This past week. Whole roundabout is at a constant standstill from all directions which os a danger to the motorist
