The roundabout is always blocked with traffic

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4726178.

The traffic light sequencing has altered so traffic is being held on the roundabout for too long, preventing following vehicles from using the exits. I.e. the traffic is queuing beyond the previous exits and blocking them. Didn't used to be like this.
