Traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4722970.

Your traffic lights are still not working properly near fosse park which is causing major congestion. engineers have been out but the problem is the same. leicester mercury article says the problem is fixed however this is incorrect. when will the issue be fixed as this is ongoing for quite some time now
