Hi, I am not sure if this emergency brake lane for HGVs is supposed to be in use anymore, but if it is, then I believe the vegetation needs to be cleared for it to be effective. Also apologies, I tried to submit this earlier, but did not get a notification (and then the form didn't submit), so I am trying again (and again).
