M1 J21 traffic lights from A5460 timing problem

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4722212.

The traffic lights from the A5460 to J21 roundabout appear to have gone wrong and are only going green for about 5 seconds. This appears to have been going on since the weekend and is causing massive tailbacks.
