Lane position

Reported via mobile in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 11:56, Tue 27 June 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4721644.

Between junction 14 and 19 of the m6 where there are now 4 lanes drivers do not move into left lanes because they are confused. Drivers are now in queues in the fast lane with 3 fairly empty slower lanes and others are undertaking It was safer with narrow lanes and 50mph limit. Could the overhead signs advise drivers to move to empty left lanes.
