Streetlighting inoperative

Hi, the street lighting has remained inoperative here for a number of years. Do you have any plans to resolve this?

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways,

    This site is unlit to support the aims of the Department for Transport in reducing carbon emissions on network. Sites which have a good safety record, and where analysis showed no increased risk in turning off the lights, where chosen to be unlit. We don't have any plans to re-instate the lighting at this location.
