Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4711102.

There is a car bumper in the middle lane. Hasn’t been removed and causing disruption. Very dangerous could cause accident as harsh braking when noticing it. Blue big front car bumper in middle lane on the M56 just before Jct 11 Preston Brook
