Incorrect lane closure information

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4710157.

Electronic road sign says two lanes closed (with red X) and speed limit is 40mph. However, this doesn’t amount to anything. Cars overtaking on inside lanes and cars going 40 on outside lanes
