Fence still broken

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4709504.

The fence has not been inspected and the fence is still broken. It is NH responsibility to maintain the fence boundary. We will be looking to move livestock into the fields and it needs to be repaired asap.
