Phone fell from bridge into grass below, cannot access it

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4709116.

My phone slipped out my hand and fell below, on the poppadoms side, need help to gain access to search for it

    Our inspector visited the location provided but as this is a smart motorway section with all lanes running there would be no places for our inspector to stop and search.

    I am afraid on this occasion we are unable to assist with your enquiry.
