Long queues in all directions as the new traffic lights have not been properly sequenced

New traffic lights have been installed but the sequencing has not been reset to allow traffic to flow as it did prior to the new lights being installed. There is long queues of idling traffic causing delays and serious pollution. Simply the sequencing on the lights need to be re calibrated to what they were before the change of lights.
