Reworking on road marking

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4701511.

Adding Diagonal Line Markings to this sliproad, add 2 lanes coming from the A195 Sliproad, resurface the road because the road is very old, there is loads of space to add a Diagonal Line Markings. so please add them,
