Rubbish and bags all over the motor way blocking one lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4699512.

Looks like a load of rubbish has fallen off a bin lorry. Cars are having to stop and go in to one lane. It’s a 3 lane sections on the motor way so slowing down a lot.
