Path adjacent to A49 from Wellington village to Wellington Garden Center

Pathway almost impassable. Brambles/nettles and hogweed all at ground to eye level blocking the path making it too difficult to walk safely - especially with young children. This path used to accommodate 3 abreast and now due to years of neglect it is a struggle getting one person down it. It needs more than the yearly grass and hedge cut, the verge has been allowed to grow over the path and needs digging back.
