Hi there we are a community interest company in Ellesmere Port who have been cleaning up the area surrounding the subway. So far we have pulled out over 100 bags of rubbish and fly tipping out of the area. Lots of people use this underpass to get to work and cannot at the moment as it is flooded. This needs addressing asap please. I'm hearing this has been reported before but no response. We would be extremely grateful if you could come out and unblock the gutters so we can carry on your community work in the area and people can get to work and get to the supermarket. This is very important 😁
Thank you for contacting National Highways.
