M5 between j2 and M6

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4692142.

Since the roadworks finished in 2020 the motorway hasn't been cleaned. There's bumpers, tyre bits, lots of debris on the hard shoulder. The drains are blocked and the motorway floods when there is heavy rain. I believe the motorway hasn't been put back on the cleaning schedule since the roadworks 3 years ago.
